DeliBen Herbs And Spices Paste using natural precious herbs and spices, is prepared with traditional method by number of hundred years formula. It is healthy, suitable for all ages and is a valuable nutritious supplement.
Cooking Ingredients :
1KG Meat, Dried Squid (1-2 pieces) Cut in Strip, DeliBen Crispy Prawn Chilli (Recommended) or Dried Chilli (6-10 Pieces), Lady Finger (optional).
1公斤肉,鱿鱼片(1至2片)切丝,DeliBen香脆虾米辣椒(建议)或辣椒干(6-10条),羊角豆(随意)。
Nutritional Information Method /烹调方法:
1. Cut meat into 2-3cm, add In DeliBen Dried Bak Kut Teh Paste, mix and stir well then keep in fridge marinate for an hour.
2. Saute squid strip, dry chilli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, keep aside.
3. Add in 200ml water into the marinated meat, cover lid to simmer for 30-45 minutes with medium heat, stir occasionally until meat is tender, add in sauted squid strip cook for 5 minutes (add in 1 tablespoon DeliBen Crispy Prawn Chilli for more tasteful and spicy), add in lady finger and cook for another 2 minutes. Dish and serve.
1.将一公斤肉(切成2至3公分),加入DeliBen即煮干肉骨茶 著料,搅均放入冰箱腌制一小时。
2.将鱿鱼丝爆香,加入辣椒干以大火炒片刻,盛碟备用。
3.把200毫升清水倒入已腌制的肉块,然后盖锅以中火煮30至45 分钟,偶尔搅拌煮至肉软为止,加入已炒香的魷鱼丝和辣椒 干煮5分钟,最后加入羊角豆再炒2分钟即可上桌(可以加入一汤匙DeliBen香脆虾米辣椒搅均,味道更佳)。
